Goals for 2012

Eat more seasonally and consume less meat
finally use that new butane torch and make creme brulee
learn how to cook in my new dutch oven over a fire (you'll want to be my neighbor at the next camp-out!)
install a rain barrel system
successfully grow ginger, lemons and cranberries in my PNW climate
find ways to make our favorite snacks from scratch (crackers especially)
reduce our trash output
begin banishing plastic from the house (as much as is reasonable) See above
be a consistant, year-round gardener
